Sailor Down: “Bat Signal”

Keeping the altpop lamplight of Pioneer Valley lit!

It’s Northampton’s Sailor Down with an indie rock, bedroom jammer. There are some funky things going on with the percussion. Maybe a drum machine overlaid with empty cans and bottles?

This is a song for the closing credits of an independent film feature. You know? Like, someone puts a cigarette out in an ashtray with a smiley face at the bottom, zips up his coat, jumps in the car, and you never see him again…

Good riddance! He was a jerk!
