Not Charli XCX. The Rickshaw Billie's Burger Patrol track “Brat” falls into more of the Ramones “Beat On The Brat” camp, except it sounds like a stoner metal ditty about flipping the scenario. You know, maybe the brat gets his own bat and goes on a beatdown expedition. No confirmation on that interpretation either way.
