Constant Smiles: “Connection”

A medium tempo pop picker with moody, sodden vocal stylings. It’s a choice, and it creates a certain ambiance in our highlighted track “Connection” from Constant Smiles. The track sounds like it’s waiting for a little sunshine to break through the clouds, which more or less occurs in the form of 60-second instrumental outtro with a few world music touches and a synth that sounds like a flute. Does that last note at 4:05 ring a little flat or am I imagining things? Via Living Waters Records.
