The former lead singer and guitarist for Shark? takes a solo turn. The band was playing all over NYC in the early teens. Time marches on. The band’s website is kaput. Kevin Diamond moved out of the city, so goes the lyrics to our highlighted track “jr. boy.” He had a kid. Survived the pandemic. Started seeing life differently. New life, new music, right? Not really. RAAMBS sounds like Shark?, just stripped down and repackaged as bedroom pop. Not that there was ever anything preventing Shark? popping in a bedroom.
