Pile: “Loops”

Moody, broody, tutti frutti. Earth’s Pile returns to the fray with the full-length All Fiction.

From the sound of the first three songs, streaming on Bandcamp, it’s a hard-edged, thoughtful, atmospheric, dissonant, soul-piercing, chrono-jam. In other words, a Pile joint.

The first single off the album “Loops” boasts some propulsive bite. Shades of Tool. Shades of tools, banging away at the undercarriage of a permanently totaled truck sitting in a front yard, collecting rust.

Watch for the album to release at the start of February.
