Mac Blackout, Landon Caldwell & Nicholas Yeck-Stauffer: “Open Window”
Three cooks in the kitchen. On the artist credits at least. Chicago’s Mac Blackout, Landon Caldwell & Nicholas Yeck-Stauffer team up on our highlighted track “Open Window” to deliver some experimental drone jazz. That’s a lot of names in the artist slot. How am I supposed to fit that in the post title? I only get so many characters! They should collectively name themselves something short & sweet, like “Wet Nap” or “Furvis.” Off the full-length Between Infinities. Which is an acceptably concise album title. Via Torn Light. Which is an acceptably concise label name.
