Lo Moon: “Water”
Written By Michael Gutierrez
The Los Angeles band Lo Moon can sound slower, dreamier, more introspective. But our highlighted track “Water” is a fast-paced pop sparkler with uptempo melodies, keys like neon teardrops, and lyrical hooks phrase-checking the title of the album (which suggests this song is more central to the album than it might at first appear?). Look closer at that album cover – it’s a photorealistic painting, not a photo. Pretty good, eh? Off the full-length I Wish You Way More Than Luck.
