An experimental night on the town with acoustic and augmented piano meets gobs of electronic wires leading to strange places. What’s “augmented” piano anyway? You heard of “prepared piano.” That’s when composers lift the lid of the instrument, take a shit on the hammers, and bang their head against the keys. “Augmenting” a piano must be something different. Maybe running the mic’d sound through FX processors of various shades and stripes.
