Job Creators: “Love Monster”

Boston’s Job Creators kraut the rock! At some point we’re not going to be allowed to use that descriptor because it will be regarded as offensive. To Germans. For sure, it was intended to be offensive back in WWII. These days though? What does the phrase mean anyway? Different things to different people. But often you combine muscular, hypnotic drumming, wide open highway guitar progressions, and maybe a droning synth. We’ve got that and more on our highlighted track “Love Monster.” Kicks into high gear rock n roll in the second half, with half-muttered Tom-Waits-mumbling-to-himself-on-the-toilet lyrics throughout.
