Graveyard of the Atlantic: “The Wolf”

The first nine seconds of “The Wolf” sounds like a very famous emo track, but Graveyard of the Atlantic reels it back in for a more alt-contemporary experience. The song comes off their EP Panic Room, which is obviously a reference to the underachieving Jodie Foster vehicle Panic Room. The star was at the height of her mature period powers but the acting chops, stylish production, and star supporting actor Forest Whitaker couldn’t combine to make this one a winner. “The Wolf,” on the other hand, is obviously a reference to the Harvey Keitel character in Pulp Fiction.
