A Massachusetts-based sound artist teams up with a Norwegian vocal ensemble. Hilarity ensues!
Our highlighted track “Arrival” is one of two from the LP Stromsänger, which translates to “Yeah, sure, this is a far out experimental drone album with only one song per side on the vinyl edition, but don’t be scared off, Christina Kubisch sounds fucking cool, and you need more of that György Ligeti vibe in your life, and, by the way, take out the kitchen trash already, it’s starting to stink in the summer heat.” Understood.
Available via Imprec, which looks like an awesome local experimental label. Check it out.
