Bus Crush: “Greyhound”
You’ve got to pick this track to write up, right? The band is named Bus Crush, so “Greyhound” is the no-brainer choice. Kind of an outlier musically, though. The song’s a mostly solo picker on an album full of otherwise “full rock band” arrangements. Sure, there are a few bells and whistles added into the mix, but “Greyhound” lives and dies as a quiet acoustic number detailing a missed emotional connection. Off Sports & Leisure.
