Our highlighted track “Rhapsodia” comes from the musician and film scorer Michèle Bokanowski. Hey, the Parisian has been scoring films for years and puts out music under her name on the side.

This release comes off the Recollection GRM label, a niche outlet for old and new contemporary classical music. It’s an honor to be on an imprint alongside legend and trailblazer Iannis Xenakis. Hard to imagine that the label moves many units, but the avant garde sound was never supposed to have mass appeal. The curatorial taste is exquisite and the album designs are minimal stunners.
