Itsï Ramirez: “Josephine”
Experimental electro from Philadelphia might as well be the sound of one thousand baby birds chirping. Or insects rubbing their legs together in concert. Isn’t the bird thought nicer? It’s Itsï Ramirez. The composition of “Josephine” works itself out like a knot being untangled, or code being cracked by algorithmically-charged Autobots, or electrons let loose from their atom and just flying free in space. We can’t promise any sunny outcomes or satisfying resolutions. Maybe you’ll stumble across those elsewhere in the album New Animals.
